1. Where do you ship from? 

All of our products are directly shipped from South Korea. 

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We do (and we are very proud of that). However, PLEASE see the shipping policy page to check if your country has any additional requirements. 

3. Do my items come insured?

Yes, they do. All of our shipments go insured for any damage or theft, it is part of the shipping fee. If there is a problem with your shipment please contact us at hello@glow-sugar.com for any questions or problems. 

4. How long does it take for items to arrive?

It depends. Below is a table with shipping times and costs, you can also have more information on this if you check out our shipping policy.

1. Shipping fee is charged not on per product but on per order.

2. Order processing time: 0-2 business days

  • 3-1-A. Fedex ($19.99, 3-5 business days): All countries other than 3-1-B and 3-1-C
  • 3-1-B. Fedex ($11.99, 3-5 business days): India
  • 3-1-C. Fedex ($29.99, 3-5 business days): South America
  • 3-2-A. K-Packet ($7.99, around 2-3 weeks during COVID19): United States except for Hawaii, Guam, Saipan
  • 3-2-B. K-Packet ($4.99, around 2-3 weeks during COVID19): Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Spain, France, England (GB), Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam

5. Can I return items? 

Yes! You can, for more details visit our return policy. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please fill out our contact form with your order number and we will start the return process for you. When it is approved we will send you a return label and give you the details on where to return your package. 

6. What about tax? 

Orders do not come with import tax added, that's up to you. Soon, however, EU countries will have import tax added, so keep watch for that. However, most countries make it very easy and clear for you to pay tax and get your product. The procedure is: the import facility sends you an email notifying you you got your order and they usually send you a link to use.
